Vitamini u povrću i voću (tabela I)

Na listu povrća i voća dodane su i bobice, suho voće i lisnato povrće.

U tabeli su istaknute vrijednosti koje premašuju prosječnu dnevnu količinu vitamina. Podvučeno istaknute vrijednosti kreću se od 50% do 100% dnevne vrijednosti vitamina.
